Photo‐assisted Cl doping of SnO <sub>2</sub> electron transport layer for hysteresis‐less perovskite solar cells with enhanced efficiency

Abstract
摘要 通过界面工程发展高效的电子传输层是构建高性能钙钛矿太阳能电池的关键。本工作发展了一种用于SnO 2 电子传输层的光辅助Cl修饰方法, 利用光催化氯金酸分解所释放的Cl离子对SnO 2 电子传输层表面进行Cl修饰, 在钝化SnO 2 表面缺陷的同时提高了钙钛矿结晶性及钙钛矿薄膜质量, 有效提升了SnO 2 /钙钛矿界面处的电子收集效率, 获得了高效 (18.94%) 弱滞回的钙钛矿太阳能电池, 效率显著优于修饰前的16.35%.
