Abstract

A DNA nanocomplex with cascade DNAzymes, promoter-like ZnO 2 –Mn nanozymes and intercalated photosensitizers was designed to synergistically disrupt autophagy and relieve tumor hypoxia for efficient pyroptosis therapy.
