Abstract

In the presented work, the author analyzed the indicators and characteristics of the maintainability of large units and assembly units of heavy engineering products. The calculation of operational indicators and the distribution law of the recovery and maintenance time are given. The paper shows that the random nature of production and operational factors predetermined the widespread use in the theory of reliability of the mathematical apparatus and methods of the theory of probability, the theory of random functions and mathematical statistics. In particular, their application to describe changes in the state of devices, analytical determination and statistical assessment of reliability characteristics. The relevance of this work is the possibility of practical adaptation of maintainability indicators for decomposed units with varying degrees of detail. The results of the work are presented in the form of practical recommendations for the operation of large mechanical engineering products.
