Abstract
PtSe 2 /Si photodetectors with optimal PtSe 2 thickness exhibit a broadband spectral response (350–1550 nm) with a high linear dynamic range of 157 dB, a high specific detectivity of 9.1 × 10 12 Jones, and a fast response speed (38/51 μs).
