Abstract
The modern specifics of the introduction of innovations in banking and the formation of the latest digital banking products involve a significant transformation of the entire banking system into digital banking. Therefore, the issues of effective management of innovation activities of banking institutions depend on the technological features of innovative solutions and the number of resources that banks direct to investments in this area. Thus, the digitalization of banking requires an effective management system for innovation in the bank.
