Abstract

The structural characteristics of Ca 3 Mn 2+ x Ge 3 O 12+ δ ( x = 0.1) ceramics correspond to their excellent microwave dielectric properties: ε r = 8.88, Q × f = 50 793 GHz, τ f = −39.35 ppm °C −1 .
