Abstract

BACKGROUND: on; i) pneumococcal adhesion to airway cells, and ii) susceptibility to pneumococcal disease. METHODS: . FINDINGS: -exposed mice with CV3988 reduced blood CFU. INTERPRETATION: increases pneumococcal adhesion to airway cells and susceptibility to invasive disease in mice.
