Optimal estimation of time-dependent gravitational fields with quantum optomechanical systems

Abstract
The authors demonstrate that modulating the optomechanical coupling in an optomechanical sensor can be used to enhance its sensitivity, and use the results to estimate the sensitivity for detecting gravitational fields from small oscillating masses and passing gravitational waves.
