Plastic Mg<sub>3</sub>(Sb,Bi)<sub>2</sub>-based thermoelectric compounds with enhanced texture <i>via</i> cold-deformation

Abstract
Based on the discovery of plastic deformation capacity of Mg 3 (Sb,Bi) 2 , we propose a cold-deformation method to fabricate special-shaped devices without the sintering process and realize high carrier mobility which is comparable with that of the Mg 3 Sb 2 single crystal.
