Abstract
Swarming of honeybees is one of the biggest problems for the hobbyist-beekeepers. This is a state when old queen bee leaves the hive with worker bees. The aim of this work is to find relation between sound and swarming. The data was collected during the late spring and early summer using microphone that was placed inside the hive. Using the Welch method, implemented in Python, it was proven the relation between the power and swarming.
