Abstract

4-Trifluoromethylphenylacetylene-functionalized Cu 2 O cubes and rhombic dodecahedra show greatly enhanced photocatalytic activity from surface band structure change. The modified cubes can photocatalyze arylboronic acid hydroxylation reactions.
