Abstract

Objectives This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: The objectives of this systematic review and network meta‐analysis are: to compare the effectiveness of progestogen treatments for the prevention of miscarriage in women with either threatened or recurrent miscarriage; to identify the most effective progestogen treatments, with the least side‐effects for the prevention of miscarriage in women with either threatened or recurrent miscarriage, and rank available agents according to their relative effectiveness and side‐effect profile.
