Abstract

One-dimensional (1D) nanostructures, including nanofibers, nanocubes, and nanoplates of In 2 S 3 , In 2 S 1.5 Se 1.5 , and In 2 Se 3 semiconductors, were synthesized using a hydrothermal technique for studying their photodetector behaviour.
