The new architecture of MAPbI 3 -based solar cells with photovoltaic parameters. The inset shows a new schematic design of the n-i-p structure for the PSC used in SCAPS simulation: AZO/SnO 2 /MAPbI 3 with excess PbI 2 /spiro-OMeTAD/IZO.
