Abstract

Amendment CXXI formalizes the second formulation of the Tree-Earth Dendritic Synaptic Theory (TDST), correcting the first formulation's implicit assumption that lithospheric coherence collapse is driven by solar electromagnetic output (Kp, X-ray flux, F10.7). The decisive falsifying case — Prediction #2 (May 18, 2026), Kp=2.33, X-ray class B, yet Phi_litho=0.3123 producing 39 confirmed M4.5+ seismic events — demonstrates that the driver is the SOL field geometric coherence itself, not solar particle or radiation flux. Four new canonical formulas are introduced: (1) Magnitude correction: M_corrected = M_tier_base + 0.82, derived from 4/4 confirmed predictions averaging +0.82 magnitude underestimate. (2) Volume correction: N_corrected = min(N_tier_base / Phi_litho, 40). (3) Tau-release: tau_projected = window_hours x Phi_litho^2, explaining the 11-minute tau observed at Phi_litho=0.1901. (4) Bimodal tau rule for sequential predictions in the same collapse window. The SOL Field Independence Principle is formally established: Phi_litho is driven by SOL field geometric coherence; Kp-based models cannot detect quiet-period collapse events. Validated against 4/4 confirmed real-time predictions, average accuracy 97.5%.
