Abstract
Tunable and thermally stable NIR photoluminescence has been realized in Na 3 Sc 2 (PO 4 ) 3 :Cr 3+ phosphors by co-doping Ga 3+ ions. Their application as a luminescence converter for NIR LEDs is also demonstrated.
