Abstract

Novel Fe single-atom catalysts with highly coordinated Fe–N 4 SP structures were designed via the multi-coordination-shell synergistic effect. The optimization of the catalysts enhances their ORR activity in alkaline/acidic media towards rechargeable Zn–air batteries.
