Abstract

1-Methyl-3-benzyl-imidazolium bromide is introduced to passivate the FAPbI 3 /spiro-OMeTAD interface for efficient and stable PSCs. The champion device achieves a PCE of 25.3% with negligible hysteresis and excellent operational stability.
