Abstract

In the 21st century, the world has changed a lot, and not only men but also the ratio of women has also got increased drastically. Married women also continuing their work even after giving birth to their babies. Being a working woman it is very difficult to take care of babies. This is the reason behind the growth of baby care centres. However it is very difficult to monitor how the babies are getting treated in baby care centres or any other one. Hence an IoT based baby monitoring system is proposed in this work which is very efficient low cost maintenance. Here better algorithm should be proposed which can effectively monitor the babies from distance and here a specialized algorithm is proposed. Here the proposed design consisting of NodeMCU (Node Microcontroller unit) and the breadboard and also the sensors which are used for acquiring the data. Here the proposed design consisting of NodeMCU (Node Microcontroller unit), the breadboard and also the sensors which are used for acquiring the data. Here the parameters are crying, moisture and ambient temperature. Prototype model for the Design of the proposed model is done using Nx Siemens software. The material used for the cradle is redwood. Architecture is designed in such a way that with the support of a motor the cradle swings automatically whenever the baby cries. An external web camera is installed so that the parents can also monitor the kids continuously.
