Abstract
Trust in modern cybersecurity, especially in access control and communication, has morphed from a status to continuous verification. This transition, captured in a security model known as zero trust, turns dated security models from the 1950s on their head [1]. The zero-trust security architecture is nothing like the implicit trust among family members at home, and it requires persistent authentication and a diversification of authorization processes in the face of dynamic and evolving threats [2]. Adopting this different mindset and model from securing a home steeped in trust to one filled with threats that are multifaceted, with the aim being chasing unauthorized activity no matter the scope or scale of an occurrence [3]. An inventive Single Package Authorization (SPA) and an endogenous security architecture to aid in how to implement zero-trust is described.
