Abstract

We developed a target-driven closed-loop framework integrating ML-assisted HTC prediction, targeted experiment, and mechanism investigation, leading to BaSbBS 4 as a record-high-performance birefringent IR crystal (Δ n = 0.95 &amp; 2.70 eV).
