Pros and Cons for Using Different ML Algorithms for Diagnostics of IM

Abstract

Artificial intelligence and machine learning in particular are methods that are increasingly being used to perform tasks performed by humans until now. This article presents an analysis and grouping of the most popular machine learning classifiers, their general description and nature, as well as some of their pros and cons. Also their behavior when used for induction motor diagnostics is being examined.
