Harmonic Reduction Method Using Minor Sampling Process for Sensorless Signal Injection-Based Position Control Technique
Yuki Ito, Yoshitaka Iwaji
Abstract
This paper proposes a Fourier series expansion-based sensorless position control method for permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs). More specifically, a minor sampling process that is shorter than the vector control period is introduced to reduce the amount of signal injection. The effectiveness of this method is demonstrated via simulatively and experimentally to show that the amount of signal injection can be reduced using the proposed method.
