Abstract
Closing a loophole in the federal government’s oversight of e-cigarette products, new legislation gives the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) the authority to regulate synthetic nicotine, used by some e-cigarette makers to evade a ban on flavored e-cigarettes, favored by teen vapers.
