Abstract
Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC), one of the two Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs) in Georgia, began using specifications grading in chemistry courses in spring of 2017. This started with one faculty member in organic chemistry but quickly grew to include other faculty, other courses, and other disciplines. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had a strong Faculty Learning Community (FLC) with 25 faculty participants. We describe here our practices prior to, during, and post-COVID.
