Quantum anomalous Hall effect with a high and tunable Chern number in monolayer NdN<sub>2</sub>

Abstract
Two-dimensional monolayer NdN 2 has been demonstrated to be an intrinsic quantum anomalous Hall insulator with a high Chern number of C = 3. Magnetization rotation is an effective knob for tuning the Chern number.
