Abstract
An experimental realization of the Heisenberg model on the kagome lattice is proposed in highly tunable moir\'e bilayers of transition metal dichalcogenides. It is demonstrated that the system can host a topologically ordered chiral spin liquid and the much-studied kagome spin liquid for realistic material parameters.
