Abstract

promoter. Dual-luciferase assay demonstrated that DLX5 specifically activates the NOTCH1 promoter and controls its expression. Taken together, our results support that DLX5 plays an oncogenic role in OS development, which can at least partially, be attributed to activation of the NOTCH signaling pathway.
