Abstract

Health monitoring systems are designed to transform patient care by providing continuous monitoring and remote capabilities. Traditional healthcare often lacks constant monitoring, which can lead to delays in identifying issues. Wearable sensors, such as heart rate and eye blink sensors, collect real-time data that is transmitted to the cloud-based ThingSpeak platform. Non-intrusive eyeblink sensors aid in diagnosing conditions like dry eye syndrome, blepharospasm, and Parkinson's disease. Remote monitoring enables healthcare professionals to offer timely interventions with customizable alerts. IoT technology reduces hospital visits for chronic patients, potentially improving outcomes and reducing complications. The primary goal is to ensure seamless sensor connectivity to ThingSpeak, allowing users to access data from laptops and mobile devices. By empowering patients to actively manage their health, this system enhances health monitoring capabilities, paving the way for a more patient-centric and efficient healthcare landscape.
