Abstract

The microelectrolysis system composed of zero-valent iron and activated carbon can effectively activate persulfate to produce SO<sub>4</sub><sup>−</sup>˙ and O<sub>2</sub><sup>−</sup>˙, which have excellent capacity for degradation of chlortetracycline hydrochloride.
