A new tunnel-type V<sub>4</sub>O<sub>9</sub> cathode for high power density aqueous zinc ion batteries

Abstract
A mixed-valence vanadium oxide V 4 O 9 with a tunnel structure was synthesized as a cathode material for aqueous zinc ion batteries. A Zn//V 4 O 9 battery displays high specific capacity and excellent rate performance.
