Wide application innovative monitoring system with personal smart devices

Abstract
The main economic trend of the current era is digital business transformation and innovative technologies. The most popular are technological solutions aimed at work safety, cost reduction, optimization of production processes logistics and efficient management of production assets. In order to optimize business processes and control the current activities of the enterprise, they are introducing digital automation systems for monitoring and controlling the work of personnel, vehicles, loading equipment on the territory of the enterprise (outside and inside closed workshops), including if conditions do not allow the use of GLONASS/GPS satellite navigation signals. This article discusses an innovative technological solution based on GLONASS/GPS satellite navigation technologies, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology, end-to-end navigation and Industrial Internet of Things (IoT). Including, an automated monitoring and control system for personnel, vehicles and loading equipment outdoors and indoors using a smartphone or smart watch as personal wearable devices.
