Stabilizing two-dimensional quantum scars by deformation and synchronization

Abstract
This paper proposes different mechanisms to realize robust quantum scars in two-dimensional arrays of Rydberg atoms. The results show that a small perturbation to the system can lead to a significant suppression of the thermalization rate of a small set of states
