Scintillation performance of two-dimensional perovskite (BA)<sub>2</sub>PbBr<sub>4</sub> microcrystals

Abstract

(BA) 2 PbBr 4 microcrystals are demonstrated to be a versatile scintillator for radiation detection. The light yield of (BA) 2 PbBr 4 microcrystals can reach up to 7000 photons per MeV with a fast decay time of 2.52 ns under 137 Cs γ-ray excitation.
