Abstract

Five molybdate-based compounds can be used as multi-functional photoelectric sensors. They act as electrochemical sensors for sensing NO<sub>2</sub><sup>−</sup> and Cr(<sc>vi</sc>). Compound <bold>3</bold> also can be used as a fluorescent sensor for detecting Hg<sup>2+</sup>.
