Abstract

The homogeneity of the 0.8(Ba 0.8 Sr 0.2 )TiO 3 –0.2(Bi 0.85 Yb 0.15 )FeO 3 ceramic, prepared by a solid-state process, was studied and quantitatively analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX).
