The integration of digital technology and knowledge management: influence factors of enterprise knowledge digitisation

Abstract
The ongoing advancement of digitisation is leading to transformations in enterprise knowledge management practices. With the integration of digital technology and knowledge management, knowledge digitisation has emerged. Enterprise knowledge digitisation is significant to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve competitiveness. This study clarifies the concept and characteristics of enterprise knowledge digitisation and selects knowledge attributes, knowledge sharing, digital leadership, and organisational agility as variables to explore the influencing factors of enterprise knowledge digitisation through empirical analysis with a sample of 208 Chinese enterprises of different sizes. The results show that knowledge attributes, knowledge sharing, digital leadership, and organisational agility positively impact enterprise knowledge digitisation. The findings broaden the research perspectives in the field of knowledge management and provide management perspectives and decision support for enterprises to promote knowledge digitisation in the context of the digital economy and knowledge economy.
