Interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit in der Gesundheitsversorgung
Claudia Huber
Abstract
Interprofessional collaboration is a hallmark of good and efficient patient care, where several healthcare professionals put their competencies together to care for patients. Interprofessional education is a necessary first step to prepare the different professions for collaborations in their later professional practices. Shared training courses help to empower collaborative healthcare teams so they can respond in an adapted and effective way to individual and local health needs.
