Abstract

and found that each gene encodes Cer-GlcAT and Cer-galactosyltransferase, respectively. These results contribute to the understanding of the roles of bacterial glycosphingolipids in host-bacteria interactions and the function of bacterial glycosphingolipids in bacterial physiology.
