Programming for the Planet at ICFP/SPLASH 2025

Abstract
This is part 1 of 5 of a series of posts <sup> [1] </sup> about ICFP 2025. The first outing of PROPL was last year in London, and this time around Dominic Orchard and I invited KC Sivaramakrishnan to be the PC chair and held it at ICFP/SPLASH. The uptake was encouraging, and we got enough submissions to have a proper published proceedings in the ACM Digital Library for the first time!
