Abstract

Er/Mn co-doped BiVO 4 was synthesized via a one-pot hydrothermal method. Co-doping results in smaller crystal size and wider absorption edge of visible light. Er 6% Mn 2% /BiVO 4 exhibits higher degradation efficiency than pure and single-doped BiVO 4 .
