Abstract

We have identified glycopeptides of urinary glycoproteins associated with aggressive prostate cancer using a quantitative mass spectrometry-based glycoproteomic approach and demonstrated their potential to serve as noninvasive urinary glycoprotein biomarkers worthy of further validation by a multi-center study.
