Abstract
Mg 2+ -doped Co 3 (PO 4 ) 2 and pure Co 3 (PO 4 ) 2 were obtained to explore the effect of Lewis acid ions on the OER. Lewis acid Mg 2+ ions can accelerate the adsorption of OH − , charge transfer and pre-oxidation of Co II to enhance the OER activity.
