Size determination of nanoparticles by ICP-ToF-MS using isotope dilution in microdroplets

Abstract
Combination of microdroplet generator and ICP-ToF-MS for nanoparticle sizing via on-line ID (on-line ID-MDG-sp-ICP-ToF-MS). 194 Pt/ 195 Pt ratio was used for sizing of the particles, while 182 W/ 183 W ratio used simultaneously for mass bias correction.
