Abstract

Doping with Sb 3+ and Mn 2+ significantly improved the optical properties of a (C 8 H 14 N 2 ) 2 CdCl 6 metal halide and showed double emission from two different luminescence centers ([SbCl 6 ] 3− and [MnCl 6 ] 4− ), which was highly sensitive to the excitation wavelength.
