Abstract

Cancer Vaccines In the Research Artikel (DOI: 2416756), Jun Zhao, Mi Liu, and co-workers investigate adjuvants, collection, lysis, purification, oxidation, loading sites, sizes etc. to maximize the efficacy of cancer vaccines. The optimized cancer nanovaccines loading whole tumor antigens can cure most tumor-bearing mice in multiple mouse cancer models. The landscape of immune cells in the blood, splenocytes, and draining lymph nodes of vaccine-treated mice are studied.
