Abstract

Materials including Cu 2 Se, Cu 2 Se 0.96− x S x Te 0.04 ( x = 0.00–0.03) and Cu 2− y Se 0.94 S 0.02 Te 0.04 ( y = 0.00–0.04) were synthesized using aqueous solution processing at room temperature and cold-press sintered under vacuum at 650 °C for 6 hours.
