Abstract
We propose a regularization procedure in the sourced Weyl double copy, a spinorial version of the classical double copy, such that it matches much more general results in the Kerr-Schild version. In the regularized Weyl double copy, the anti–de Sitter (AdS) and the Lifshitz black holes, which form the basis of the study of strongly coupled gauge theories at finite temperature through the <a:math xmlns:a="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><a:mrow><a:mi>AdS</a:mi><a:mo>/</a:mo><a:mi>CFT</a:mi></a:mrow></a:math> correspondence and its nonrelativistic generalization, become treatable. We believe that this might pave the way for finding a relation between the classical double copy and holography. Published by the American Physical Society 2024
