Abstract
In situ Raman was used to monitoring the change of NiFeP x during the OER process. As the potential increased, the peak for PO 2 − disappeared and the Ni 2+ –O transformed into oxyhydroxides. The results demonstrate that P species are unstable under OER conditions.
