Abstract
Thermal evaporation of self-assembled monolayer (SAM) molecules was found to lead to a conformal coating with a higher packing density compared with solution-based deposition processes. As a result, the monolithic perovskite/PERC-Si tandem cell with the vacuum-deposited SAM exhibited a significantly improved and highly reproduceable solar cell performance.
